The way outsourcing storm affected US jobs by relocating low paid jobs to Indian sub-continet and the boom in technology development especially in india, may critics have started looking india as the rising power in software and technology export. Its not only the low paid jobs which have been outsourced but gradually the mind analyistic mind behind the technology is also driving the wheels from india. I personally believe once the jobs relocated the industry started feeling the need to measure the out come , perform research and develop newer technology, etc which are are also relocated to some point.
Now india opening doors for other sector and the hike in pay-scales is driving back H1 holders to actually work back in home at the pay scale of US and rising Rupee (INR) against Dollar (USD).
